This is the website for the Scottish Government-funded research project 'Identifying opportunities to reduce the carbon footprint associated with the Scottish dairy supply chain' (for a more detailed look at the project brief visit the dedicated project introduction pages). The project ran from April - February 2011.

The website includes a free dairy farm and processing footprinting tool and a fully searchable database of key dairy supply chain sustainability references (see file library widget below).
